Premium welding helmet with an active filter providing permanent protection against UV, infrared and visible light. The filter automatically switches from the light shade to a dark shade as soon as the arc is struck. It returns to the light state as soon as the arc stops. This welding helmet provides effective protection for the welder’s head, eyes and face. The use of PPE is mandatory when operating welding equipment. Its auto-darkening technology protects the welder’s eyes by rapidly adjusting the filter shade according to the light intensity. Whatever the welding process or current intensity, this helmet provides appropriate protection and comfortable use. In the resting state, the DIN 3 shade provides clear vision for preparing and inspecting components, while the DIN 11 shade activates automatically as soon as the arc is struck, providing complete protection against harmful radiation (UV and IR). The rapid transition between shades reduces eye fatigue and eliminates the need to remove or adjust the helmet during work. This provides uninterrupted optimal visibility, ensuring precision and productivity during welding operations. The shade range from DIN 3 to DIN 11 is suitable for a wide variety of welding processes, including TIG, MIG/MAG and arc welding. The ultra-responsive optical sensor ensures instantaneous shade adjustment as soon as the welding arc starts. This change takes place in a fraction of a second, ensuring continuous protection without delay, even when light intensity changes rapidly.
