Procedure information

Some progressive lens fittings require additional measurements; our opticians need to assess how your glasses will be worn.

An optician will contact you by email or phone to send you a measurement kit along with your chosen frame, allowing you to take photos.

VISIONALIS has implemented a 4-step process:

1. You receive your chosen frame at home (free delivery) with a measurement kit.

2. You send us (by email) a photo of the wearer with the frame on. This allows our opticians to perfectly centre your lenses.

3. Once validated, you return the frame free of charge (using the return slip) so an optician can fit your lenses.

4. The completed eyewear will then be sent back to you within a few days.

COMMENTS :

*Most of our progressive lenses are offered with standard fitting heights. If you require customised fitting heights, please mention it here; an optician will contact you.

5. ] Your order (frame/mask/inserts + prescription lenses) is added to your basket; you simply need to follow the standard checkout process.
