Delivery and returns information

] DELIVERY

Delivery is available in mainland France and across Europe. Please see the list of countries in the pricing section below.

Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate as follows:

In-store collection:

  • FREE for any order collected at our store VISIONALIS, ZA les petits Clais, 18110 ST MARTIN D'AUXIGNY.

Delivery in mainland France (including Corsica):

  • Free at collection points ChronoShop2shop (delivery within 5 working days) for orders of €50 or more.
  • €2.99 incl. VAT home delivery by post via Tracked letter (delivery within 3 working days) for eligible items weighing less than 100g.
  • €4.99 incl. VAT at collection points Mondial Relay* or ChronoShop2shop (delivery within 5 working days).
  • €6.99 incl. VAT home delivery by post via Tracked Colissimo (delivery within 2 working days).
  • €13.99 incl. VAT home delivery by post via Chronopost (delivery within 1 working day).

* Due to the closure of our drop-off point, Mondial Relay is temporarily unavailable.

Delivery in Europe Zone 1: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg:

  • €8.99 excl. VAT home delivery via Mondial Relay (delivery within 5 working days).

Delivery in Europe Zone 2: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal:

  • €9.99 incl. VAT at collection points via UPS (delivery within 3 working days).
  • €11.99 incl. VAT home delivery via UPS (delivery within 3 working days).

Delivery in Switzerland:

  • €14.99 excl. VAT home delivery via Tracked Colissimo (delivery within 5 working days).

For all deliveries outside mainland France, local taxes, customs duties and any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Visionalis.fr is not required to check or inform customers of applicable duties and taxes.

VISIONALIS indicates a dispatch time on each product page and undertakes to respect it. These dispatch times apply only to orders that comply with the purchasing process from the effective date of payment. We accept no liability for delays caused by carriers.

The delivery times indicated are average times provided by carriers. Some parcels may take up to 30 working days from dispatch. For more information, please visit the carrier’s website.

RETURNS

Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period from delivery to change their mind, in accordance with distance selling regulations. Shipping and return costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged.

All returns must first be requested online via the dedicated form. A return procedure and reference will be provided promptly.

For all prescription products considered as custom-made items, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
